The Hyundai Kona carries over for 2020 with the addition of available Smart Cruise Control and interior accent choices.

Kona is offered with a choice of two gasoline powertrains: a 2.0L 4-cylinder Atkinson engine producing 147 hp and 132 lb-ft of torque paired with a six-speed automatic transmission or the Gamma 1.6L 4-cylinder direct-injected, turbocharged engine generating 175 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque coupled to a seven-speed EcoShift® dual-clutch transmission. Kona Electric employs a high-efficiency 201 hp electric motor developing 291 lb-ft of torque distributed to the front wheels.
